The engagement
Not at all. Many clients come to this work without a specific problem in mind — they simply sense there is potential being left on the table. The audit is designed to find that potential, whether or not there is an obvious issue to start with.
Typically two to four weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the experience program. The timeline is agreed at the outset before work begins.
Yes — and for some clients this is the right sequence. A Focused Review on a specific area can be a useful starting point, after which a fuller engagement becomes more clearly scoped and easier to commit to.
Primarily private banking and wealth management, luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, and adjacent sectors where high-net-worth clients are being offered curated experiences as part of a relationship or service model.
Yes. Based in Sweden, working globally. All engagements are conducted in English and invoiced in Euros.
The audit itself is the deliverable — findings and recommendations are yours to act on however you choose. If you want continued input as you implement changes, that can be explored as part of an ongoing advisory retainer. The audit and the advisory are two separate engagements, and there is no obligation to continue beyond the audit.
Process & access
A short discovery questionnaire — nine questions, takes about five minutes. A direct contact for one client-facing enquiry test. Any internal materials you are comfortable sharing. The rest is gathered independently through a structured review of publicly available information.
A single email sent to your client-facing team as if from a prospective client — to test the enquiry process firsthand. Response time, tone, quality of communication, and what information is captured are all observed. One email exchange only, agreed in advance with you.
Completely. All client information is treated as strictly confidential and is never discussed or shared outside of the specific engagement. This applies to everything shared during the discovery process, the review itself, and the findings.
A structured written document covering what is working well, phase-by-phase findings, and a recommendations section framed as possibilities rather than instructions. Delivered as a PDF, followed by a call to walk through it together. The report is yours in full once the engagement is complete.
Pricing & payment
The deliverable is knowledge and strategic analysis — once the report is handed over, there is nothing left to withhold. Full payment upfront also confirms commitment to the engagement from both sides. For larger organisations with formal procurement processes, 50/50 terms can be discussed.
If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued. Once work has started, payment is non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@louisbesson.com.
No. If the scope of a full audit feels too broad, a Focused Review may be a better fit. The price reflects the value of the work — not the hours spent. Adjusting scope is always possible; adjusting the rate is not.
Bank transfer or credit card. A 3.5% transaction fee applies to credit card payments. All invoices are issued in Euros.
